Across
the industry, there's not a more widely-respected quality standard than ISO 9001:2008. ISO
9001:2000 is a rigorous international quality standard that is accepted by the majority of
the world.

| Why KNF Pumps are Better |
 |
KNF
Designed the Molded Diaphragm
KNF engineers molded a threaded
metal stud into the diaphragm body, which eliminates
the bulky clamping disk, still used by many pump manufacurers. The
resulting diaphragm (on right side), is smooth across and pliable, and fits
closer to the pump head. This reduces
dead space and improves maximum
vacuum ratings to 27 in. Hg per head. Gone is an occasional
source of leaks and corrosion. |
 |
A
Patented, Structured Diaphragm
Another breakthrough in diaphragm
technology occurred when KNF engineers used FEA
methods to mold a structured radial grid into the diaphragm's
bottom surface to control the flexibility characteristics of the diaphragm. Performance,
diaphragm life and efficiency increased, and we were able to significantly reduce
pump size. |

|
Tough Valve Systems
KNF's tough, one-piece, mult-port valve disks easily withstand
the punishment created by pumping uncompressible liquid droplets, which, with
conventional valves, usually results in drastically reduced performance, causing
inconvenient repair delays and equipment downtime and reducing noise.

NOTES: Standard continuous performance
ratings listed on this KNF website and on KNF datasheets are
based on technical data and test results of nominal units at
sea level, measured with an ambient temperature of 70°F
(21°C), and nominal
electrical supply as listed above, and are for reference only.Multiple-head
models, different performance models, cost-effective OEM modifications, and
a variety of motor options and different materials of construction are also
available. Certified drawings are available upon request. Specifications subject
to change without notice. You should always check corrosion resistance charts
for compatibility with the medium you intend to pump.
