Higher Flow Performance at Low Vacuum Levels

Engineers have developed a way to get the best of both worlds – high flow rates and deep vacuums with a lightweight, multi-headed diaphragm pump. This significantly reduces system size, weight, and cost while improving performance.

  • vailable with either a 24VDC Brushless or a worldwide 100-240VAC, 50-60 Hz motor.

The motor has been designed and produced by KNF to assure a variety of customer input (power and signal types) and motor output (torque, noise, & balance) to completely match the pumps’ loading requirement. The liquid tolerant design handles condensable media. Options include: Speed Control through external signal input, gas ballast, remote on/off operation, signal output for speed monitoring It is ideal for roughing & backing turbomolecular pumps, vacuum ovens and concentrators, chemiluminescence detectors, leak detectors, and more, including replacing piston or other pump types.

High Flow Performance at Low Vacuum Levels

KNF's new N920 series pump features excellent pumping speed at low vacuum levels. Interconnections are an integral part of the three-stage head and improve leak-tightness.
Input power features a universal (90-264VAC, 50-60Hz) AC input or a speed-controlled brushless-DC motor. It is gas tight to 6x10-3 mbar x l/s specifications.

KNF's new N940 series pump is now available in a PTFE/PVDF corrosion-resistant version for use in analytical, process and and features excellent pumping speed at low vacuum levels using KNF's diaphragm stabilization system. Input power is an IP-54 AC motor.
