To ensure the safety of our customers and our associates, KNF Nueberger, Inc. requires that all products returned to our facility include a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Please note: The RMA number is only valid for the product and quantity listed on the Decontamination Declaration form, so be sure to provide accurate information. Product returns that have not been pre-approved via RMA will not be accepted.
March 2020 Coronavirus protocol update: All goods arriving at our Trenton, NJ facility will be quarantined for 5 calendar days before being handled & unpacked.
After you have received a RMA number from KNF Customer Service, you may go ahead and ship your product for repair. Before packing the product for return, make sure it is properly cleaned and does not present any danger to yourself or KNF personnel. Also, include a packing list for each carton, and take care to adequately pack all returns to prevent damage during shipping and handling -- do not pack your product using foam peanuts. Additionally, make sure that your RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box, along with the correct KNF shipping address as follows:
